A. 
The Mayor of the City of Vineland shall appoint three members to the Board of Directors to serve a two-year term.
B. 
The City Council of the City of Vineland shall appoint three members to the Board of Directors to serve a three-year term.
C. 
The City of Vineland Board of Education shall recommend to the Mayor one member to the Board of Directors which, if approved by the Mayor, said appointment shall be made by the Mayor with the advice and consent of City Council, initially to serve two one-year terms, and thereafter this appointment shall serve a one-year term.
D. 
The Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce shall recommend to the Mayor one member to the Board of Directors which, if approved by the Mayor, said appointment shall be made by the Mayor with the advice and consent of City Council to serve a one-year term.
E. 
The Vineland CEO Group shall recommend to the Mayor one member to the Board of Directors which, if approved by the Mayor, said appointment shall be made by the Mayor with the advice and consent of City Council, initially to serve two one-year terms, and thereafter this appointment shall serve a one-year term.
F. 
The City of Vineland Rotary Club shall recommend to the Mayor one member to the Board of Directors which, if approved by the Mayor, said appointment shall be made by the Mayor with the advice and consent of City Council to serve a one-year term.
G. 
The Vineland Downtown Improvement District Board shall recommend to the Mayor one member to the Board of Directors which, if approved by the Mayor, said appointment shall be made by the Mayor with the advice and consent of City Council, initially to serve two one-year terms, and thereafter this appointment shall serve a one-year term.
The appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Landis Theater Foundation Inc., shall be subject to and serve in accordance with the bylaws of the Landis Theater Foundation Inc.
