[Effective 8-1-2022, former Ch. 8, Court, Municipal, which
provided that Corbin City abandoned the Intermunicipal Court of Corbin
City, Weymouth Township and Estell Manor established by Ord. No. 26-1967,
and established its own Municipal Court to be operated by Upper Township
pursuant to a shared services agreement under Ord. No. 6-2009, was
repealed 7-11-2022 by Ord. No. 7-2022. This ordinance also abolished
the Municipal Court and transferred the authority, responsibilities
and operations of the Municipal Court of Corbin City to the Central
Municipal Court of Atlantic County.]
