No person, partnership, company, corporation or association
shall possess, sell, distribute or transport any alcoholic beverage
in Corbin City, New Jersey, in violation of any of the provisions
of N.J.S.A. 33:1-1 et seq. and the supplements thereto and amendments
thereof, nor of any of the provisions of this article.
The Common Council of Corbin City is hereby constituted as the
proper issuing authority to administer the issuance of all licenses
as herein provided.
All licenses granted shall be issued in conformity with and
shall be subject to the terms and provisions of N.J.S.A. 33:1-1 et
seq. and the supplements thereto and amendments thereof.

No plenary retail distribution licenses shall be issued in the
City of Corbin City.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 33:1-12, the fee for the issuance or renewal
of any plenary retail consumption license within the City of Corbin
City shall be $500 per year.
No club license shall be issued in the City of Corbin City.
Only one retail license of any class or kind shall be granted
to any person, corporation, partnership, limited partnership or association.
The license granted shall cover only the licensed premises.
No person shall sell or serve any alcoholic beverage to any
person under the age of 21 years. No person under the age of 18 years
shall be permitted in any room in which a bar is located, upon the
licensed premises, unless accompanied by his or her parent or guardian.
Any person or persons, firm or corporation and officers thereof who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof before the Judge of the Municipal Court or other proper official, be subject to the general fines and penalties as prescribed in Chapter 103 of this Code, or any combination thereof, in the discretion of the Judge of the Municipal Court or other proper official, and, in addition thereto, may have his, her or its license revoked by the Common Council of Corbin City in accordance with N.J.S.A. 33:1-31.

No licensee shall sell, serve, deliver or allow, permit or suffer
the sale, service or delivery of any alcoholic beverage or allow the
consumption of any alcoholic beverage on licensed premises between
the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day of the week, Sundays
included.

During the hours that sales are prohibited, the entire licensed premises
shall be closed, but this closing requirement shall not apply to hotels
or to restaurants as defined in N.J.S.A. 33:1-1t.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to the general fines and penalties as prescribed in Chapter 103 of this Code, or any combination thereof.
