Initial review. The following fees must be paid upon the submission
of an application for a building permit:

Building and Planning Departments initial review fee

B.
|
Building permit application. The fee for a building permit must
be paid when the Building Department and Planning Department have
determined that the application does not require review by a land
use board or when all approvals required to be obtained from land
use boards have been obtained, whichever is later. The fee is determined
on the basis of the cost of the construction, addition, alteration,
temporary construction, or moving of a building as determined initially
by the Building Inspector.
