a. 
Fee for birth certificate. The fee for the issuance of a certified copy of a birth certificate shall be $20 per copy.
b. 
Fee for marriage certificate. The fee for the issuance of a certified copy of a marriage certificate shall be $20 per copy.
c. 
Fee for death certificate. The fee for the issuance of a certified copy of a death certificate shall be $5 per copy.

a. 
Except as otherwise provided by law or regulation, the fee assessed for the duplication of any other government record embodied in the form of printed matter shall be $0.05 per letter size page, and $0.07 per legal size page. The actual cost of duplicating any other record shall be the cost of materials and supplies used to make a copy of the record, but shall not include the cost of labor or other overhead expenses associated with making the copy, except as provided for in paragraph b of this section.
b. 
Whenever the nature, format, manner of collation, or volume of a government record embodied in the form of printed matter to be inspected, examined, or copied pursuant to this section is such that the record cannot be reproduced by ordinary document copying equipment in ordinary business size or involves an extraordinary expenditure of time and effort to accommodate the request, the Borough may charge, in addition to the actual cost of duplicating the record, a special service charge that shall be reasonable and shall be based upon the actual direct cost of providing the copy or copies. The requestor shall have the opportunity to review and object to the charge prior to it being incurred.
c. 
This subsection shall become inoperative upon the effective date of a New Jersey State law setting fees inconsistent with this subsection.

a. 
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:5-54 the Tax Collector shall provide any party entitled to redeem a certificate pursuant to this section (N.J.S.A. 54:5-54) two calculations of the amount required for redemption within a calendar year at no cost. For each subsequent calculation requested from the Tax Collector there shall be a $50 fee. A request for a redemption calculation shall be made in writing to the Tax Collector.
b. 
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:5-97.1 the Tax Collector may charge a lienholder of a tax lien $50 for the calculation of the amount due to redeem the tax lien as required pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-97.1. Any request for a redemption calculation shall specify the date to be used for the calculation, which shall be the date of the notice. Neither the Tax Collector nor the municipality shall be liable for an incorrect calculation. The fee paid to the municipality shall not become part of the lien and shall not be passed on to any party entitled to redeem pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-54.

N.J.S.A. 37:1-13 provides that any Mayor or designee is authorized to solemnize marriage or civil union between such persons as may lawfully enter into the matrimonial relation or civil union.
No statute exists that specifically provides for the collection of fees for the performance of such ceremonies.
The Division of Local Government Services has issued guidelines for the collection of such fees for marriage and civil union ceremonies, upon adoption of an ordinance fixing such fees in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:48-1, which shall be paid to the municipality, and deposited into the municipality's current fund.
The guidelines provide for payment of a fixed fee to the municipality for any marriage or civil union performed by the Mayor.
The Mayor and Borough Council approve the guidelines for the performance of wedding ceremonies performed by the Mayor.

A fee of $150 will be made payable to the municipality, and allocated to pay the monthly fee of $750 for the Bound Brook Chronicle.

a. 
Residents opting to pay taxes, sewer charges, refuse charges and other authorized payments due to the Borough, shall pay, in addition to the taxes, sewer charges, refuse charges or other authorized payments due to the Borough, third-party processing service fees within the following ranges:
1. 
Service fee for electronic check for payment of taxes: $0 to $3;
2. 
Service fee for electronic check for payment of sewer charges: $0 to $3;
3. 
Service fee for electronic check for payment of refuse charges: $0 to $3;
4. 
Service fee for electronic check for other municipal charges: $0 to $3; and
5. 
Service fee for credit card transactions: 2.75% to 4.50%.
b. 
Specific service fees within the foregoing ranges, shall be established annually by resolution of the Borough Council, and amended from time to time, as necessary, to reflect the Borough's contractual costs with the Borough's third-party payment processor.
c. 
The service fees established by resolution of the Borough Council shall be added to the tax, sewer, refuse and other authorized payments due.

a. 
Whenever a check or other written instrument payable to any account of the Borough of Bound Brook is not honored by the drawee because the issuer of the check had no account with the drawee at the time the check was issued or because of insufficient funds, a service charge of $20 per check or other written instrument shall be added to the account or accounts upon which payment was attempted. The service charge shall be paid and credited before any other payment on the account is accepted and credited.
b. 
Any person who becomes liable for a service charge under this chapter on a chronic basis may, as determined by the governing body with the recommendation of the Chief Financial Officer, thereafter be required to pay in cash or by certified or cashier's check.
c. 
Unpaid service charges shall, when assessed with respect to the attempted payment of a tax or special assessment, be a lien against property, to be enforced in the same manner as other liens.

a. 
The Borough of Bound Brook Police Department shall charge a fee as provided hereunder when providing off-duty police officers and/or police vehicles for police extra-duty jobs to assist contractors or other persons or companies in need of such services. This section shall not apply to work done by nonprofit religious and/or charitable organizations or the Bound Brook Fire Department, Rescue Squad or the Bound Brook Board of Education, and there shall be no charge imposed on these organizations.
b. 
The charge for use of off-duty police officers to provide this type of services is $90 per hour for road jobs. All other extra-duty jobs shall be charged at the police officer's regular time and 1/2 (1.5) rate. There shall be a four-hour minimum charge for all extra-duty road jobs hereunder. Cancellations must be received by the Bound Brook Police Department not less than two hours prior to the scheduled start of any extra-duty job. Failure to cancel at least two hours prior to the scheduled start of any extra-duty job shall result in a four-hour minimum charge hereunder.
c. 
The rate of compensation for usage of a Department vehicle shall be $15.75 per hour, except that if the Borough is paying for any road improvement job, such fee shall be waived.

d. 
In addition to the hourly rate for off-duty police in Subsection a hereof, and the hourly rate for use of Department vehicles in Subsection b hereof, the Borough shall, either directly or through its contracted vendor, collect an administrative fee to offset the costs of administration. The administrative fee shall include 15% due to the municipality and 7% to cover the administrative fee charged to the Borough by its contracted vendor.
