BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Health of the Borough of Bound Brook in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey that the following fees and charges are hereby established.
I.
Applications for Sewage Disposal Systems

VII.
All permits, licenses, approvals and applications of the Borough of Bound Brook Board of Health shall be non-transferable and shall be valid only for the applicants and properties for which they were issued.
VIII.
License fees for the permitting of not-for-profit organizations may be waived by the Administrative Authority upon application.
IX.
All references to credits toward the issuance of licenses or permits shall be repealed.
X.
Any person who violates any provision of, or order promulgated under this Ordinance No. BH 2011-01 shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable for a penalty of not less than $150 nor more than $2000 for each violation. Each day a particular violation shall exist or continue shall constitute a separate offense. These penalties shall be in addition to the right of the municipality to refuse to issue a permit or license, and the right to revoke or suspend a permit or license for failure to pay the fee required therefor.
XI.
All ordinances, codes, or parts of same inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Ordinance No. BH 2011-01 are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
XII.
In the event that any section, clause, or sentence of this Ordinance No. BH 2011-01 shall be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall not in any manner prejudice the enforcement of the remaining provisions and such remaining provisions shall be severable.
XIII.
This Ordinance No. BH 2011-01 shall take effect after final passage and publication as provided by law.
