No person shall urinate in a public place as defined in § 240.00
of the Penal Law, except in a urinal or toilet designed for such purpose.
Any person found guilty of violating § 116-13 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $250, and not more than 15 days' imprisonment for each offense.
