There is hereby created a Police Pension Board in the Borough
of Folcroft.
The members of the Police Pension Board shall be as follows:
A.
The Mayor of the Borough of Folcroft.
B.
The President of Borough Council of the Borough of Folcroft.
C.
Any police officer selected by the Fraternal Order of Police who
is a member of the Folcroft Police Department.
D.
The Chairman of the Police Committee of the Borough Council of the
Borough of Folcroft.
E.
A member of the Police Committee of the Borough of Folcroft, which
member shall be selected by the members of Borough Council at the
organizational meeting of Borough Council held every two years.
The function of the Police Pension Board shall be to administer
the Police Pension Fund of the Borough of Folcroft.
