Pursuant to the authority conferred upon the Town Board pursuant
to the provisions of § 349.11(1), Stats., the Town Board
does hereby declare that it has conducted an investigation of certain
engineering and traffic matters relating to specific public streets
located within the Town of Koshkonong and has determined that the
public health and safety requires there be a modification to the speed
restrictions otherwise applicable to said streets.
For purposes of this section, the following public streets are
hereby declared to have a fixed speed limit of 25 mph:

Any person or persons whomsoever or whatsoever, violating any of the speed limits established herein are subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 535-12C of this Code.
