A.
Montgomery Park hours. Entry into or use of Montgomery Park, a park
owned by the Borough of Folcroft, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, shall
hereinafter be limited to the following hours: 6:00 a.m. until 10:00
p.m., each and every day. No person shall be permitted to enter into
or use said park between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
B.
Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this section, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay
a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100 for the first offense
and not less than $50 not more than $1,000 plus costs for the second
and each subsequent offense in any three-hundred-sixty-five-day period
and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this section continues
shall constitute a separate offense.

Ashland Avenue Park hours. Entry into or use of Ashland Avenue Park,
a park owned by the Borough of Folcroft, Delaware County, Pennsylvania,
shall hereinafter be limited to the following hours: 6:00 a.m. until
12:00 a.m. (midnight), each and every day. No person shall be permitted
to enter into or use said park between the hours of 12:00 a.m. (midnight)
and 6:00 a.m., with the exception that tennis may be played on the
tennis courts.
B.
Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this section, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay
a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100 for the first offense
and not less than $50 not more than $1,000 plus costs for the second
and each subsequent offense in any three-hundred-sixty-five-day period
and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this section continues
