A. 
Code Enforcement Officer. Any person directly aggrieved by a determination, notice or order issued by the Code Enforcement Officer as it pertains to the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall have the right to appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Zoning Law[1] or any successor rules, regulations or statutes.

B. 
Designated approval authority. Any person directly aggrieved by a determination of an application from the designated approval authority shall have the right to appeal pursuant to the applicable provisions of § 267-c of the Town Law of NYS.
Appeals of a determination, notice and/or order by the designated approval authority shall stay the enforcement of the determination, notice and/or order until the appeal is heard by the authority having jurisdiction pursuant to this article.
