[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Folcroft 5-2-1968 by Ord. No. 531 (Ch. 25, Part 1, of the 2006 Code of Ordinances). Amendments
noted where applicable.]
Hereafter, if any tree or shrub situate on either public or
private grounds shall in any manner interfere with the access for
the Borough street sweepers or shall interfere with the proper operation
of the Borough street sweepers, the Borough of Folcroft shall have
the right to trim and/or cut such trees or shrubbery in order to provide
a proper access for the Borough street sweepers and to remove any
interference with the proper operation of the Borough street sweepers.

A.
If any tree or shrub situate on either public or private grounds
shall in any manner pose a danger to person or property, the Shade
Tree Commission shall have the authority to order said tree or shrub
trimmed, and/or cut, and/or removed or moved as the Commission shall
determine.
