It shall be unlawful for the owner of any animal to permit said
animal to injure any human being by biting, jumping on, knocking down
or attacking said human being. An exception to this section will be
when the animal is reasonably protecting the owner or the owner's
property from an unlawful invasion of the person or property, respectively.
