It is unlawful, except in the necessary defense of person or
property, for any person, firm or corporation to shoot or discharge
any gun, firearm or other deadly weapon within the Borough of Larksville,
without:
Said written permit shall specify the land upon which, the purpose
for which and the period of time within which said shooting or discharge
is authorized.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the
provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding,
be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $300 and costs of prosecution
and/or be sentenced to imprisonment in the Luzerne County Prison for
not more than 30 days.
