[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of Larksville 4-13-1977 by Ord. No. 4-1977 (Ch. 90 of the 1987 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
It is unlawful, except in the necessary defense of person or property, for any person, firm or corporation to shoot or discharge any gun, firearm or other deadly weapon within the Borough of Larksville, without:
A. 
The written permission of the owner of land upon which the shooting or discharge of any gun, firearm or other deadly weapon occurs; and
B. 
The written permission of the Chief of Police of Larksville Borough or the Mayor of Larksville Borough.
Said written permit shall specify the land upon which, the purpose for which and the period of time within which said shooting or discharge is authorized.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $300 and costs of prosecution and/or be sentenced to imprisonment in the Luzerne County Prison for not more than 30 days.
