This chapter shall be effective on November 2, 2012, and shall
remain in force until modified, amended or rescinded by Borough of
Larksville, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
Having hereinabove provided regulations in conformity with presently
existing state requirements, the ordinance adopted on October 29,
1986 (Ordinance No. 6 of 1986) is hereby repealed to the extent that
any portion of the same may be in conflict with the provisions of
this chapter.
