Unless the context requires otherwise, the definitions of all terms used in this chapter shall be the same as said terms are defined in the Illinois Liquor Control Act of January 31, 1934, as heretofore and hereafter amended.[1]

During the hours within which the sale of alcoholic liquor is prohibited within this City, every location, place or premises where alcoholic liquors may be sold at retail under a Class A license shall be kept closed, and no person other than the licensee or an employee or member of the immediate family of the licensee shall be permitted to remain therein. All doors directly opening into or out of such location, place or premises for ingress thereto or egress therefrom shall be securely locked during the prohibited hours of sale.
