Section 500.100 Location Restricted.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place a mobile home or trailer on any lot or lots in the City of Kimmswick for use as living quarters, or business purpose.

Section 500.110 Violations And Penalties.

Any person who shall violate this ordinance, shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and upon conviction shall be fined as set out in Section 100.220 of this Code.
