Section 510.010 Streets — Generally.

A. All streets in all subdivisions shall be paved with concrete with a minimum width of twenty-four (24) feet with integral curb and shall in all respects comply with Chapter 405 of the City of Kennett, Missouri, with a five-inch minimum thickness and designed as required by the ordinances of the City of Kennett, Missouri, and approved by the City Council of the City of Kennett, Missouri.

B. Any person, firm, corporation, individual violating the terms of this Section shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and shall be punished as set forth in Chapter 100, Article III of this Code.
