Article V: Registration of Groups for Pavilion Use

§ 77-28 Registration and designation of responsible representative required; exclusive use.

Any group of 15 or more persons who gather at and make use of the John R. Fisher Pavilion shall first designate a responsible representative and register with the Clerk of Liberty Township before making use of the aforesaid pavilion; and

The aforesaid group/representative shall be required to fulfill all of the registration and reservation requirements that otherwise apply to any group that desires to reserve the pavilion for their exclusive use, except for the preregistration time requirement; and

Any such group/representative who so registers, however, shall not be granted exclusive use of the pavilion.

§ 77-29 Violations and penalties.

Any group of 15 or more persons who fail to abide by the requirements of this article concerning the use of the John R. Fisher Pavilion shall be subject to a fine of up to $1,000, a period of incarceration of up to 90 days, or both. The aforesaid penalty provision shall apply to each individual in the aforesaid group.
