The Mayor and Secretary of Council are hereby authorized to
issue to gun clubs permits to locate shooting ranges and practice
and conduct thereon shooting matches and exhibitions within the limits
of the Borough, at such location as may be approved, on motion, by
Council.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances conflicting herewith be
and the same are hereby repealed.
