No person, firm, or corporation shall deposit, dispose of, dump or discard any garbage, waste, refuse, cuttings, tree limbs or any other thing upon or along the roads, ways, paths, streets, or highways of the Town of West Greenwich, or upon any property located within said Town.

Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating the provisions of this article shall be fined not more than $500 for each violation of the article.
