The Town establishes a Planning Board pursuant to authority granted in MGL C. 41, § 81A, said Board to consist of five members.

The terms of office shall be so arranged that the term of one member will expire each year, their successors to be elected for terms of five years.
The initial Board shall be elected at this meeting if this motion is carried, and hereafter its successors shall be elected each year by official ballots.
