Critical environmental areas will be designated from time to time by resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Potsdam in accordance with provisions of Section 4(a)(2) of Part 617.

For purposes of this chapter, Type I actions include all those given in Section 4 of Part 617.

For purposes of this chapter, Type II actions include all those listed in Section 5 of Part 617.
This chapter takes effect immediately upon filing in the office of the Secretary of State in accordance with § 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law. A copy of the chapter must be filed with the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Conservation.
