A department of the Borough of Akron is hereby created, to be
known as the Department of Borough Planning, which shall be in charge
of the Borough Planning Commission. The said Borough Planning Commission
shall be constituted as provided by law and shall perform all the
duties and may exercise all the powers conferred upon Borough Planning
Commission by law.
