It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to exhibit any theatrical, histrionic, equestrian or other performances, shows or exhibitions for money within the Borough of Bath without first obtaining a license therefor.
Any person or persons desirous of having or exhibiting any such performances, show or exhibition may apply for a license so to do, to the Borough Manager who shall grant such permit on the receipt of the appropriate sums contained in § 549-3 hereof.
A. 
Any person who shall violate any of the rules and regulations contained in this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution for each and every offense.
B. 
Each day's violation of any of the provisions of such section shall constitute a separate offense.

C. 
In addition, court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the Borough in enforcement proceedings shall be assessed against violator and awarded to the Borough.
