The Board of Review shall be three in number and shall consist
of the following officers of the Village of Footville: the President
of the Village Board of Trustees; the Village Clerk; and one Village
Trustee. There shall also be appointment of an alternate Village Trustee
in case of the absence of any member of the Board of Review. The Village
Trustee and alternate shall be appointed to the Board of Review annually
by the Village President and approved by a majority vote of the Village
Board of Trustees.
The Board of Review of the Village of Footville shall have and
possess those powers and duties specified in Chapter 70, Wisconsin
Statutes, as the same are now constituted or as they may hereafter
be amended.
The members of the Board of Review of the Village of Footville
shall be entitled to $30 per day for each day, or portion thereof,
of attendance at meetings at which official business is transacted.
