Any municipal Water and Wastewater Utilities customers shall
be charged a 3% penalty to be applied to the current billing period
for any unpaid balance if said balance is not paid within 20 days
of the billing due date.
Any municipal Water and Wastewater Utilities customer who has
any unpaid Utility bill balance as of November 1 of any calendar year
shall have such balance transferred to the property tax roll. A penalty
of 10% per annum shall be imposed on any unpaid Utility bill balance
that is placed on the property tax roll.
