It shall be the responsibility of the owner of every structure
that is a residence, business or industry in the Village to have placed
on the premises, and visible from the street or roadway, house numbers
indicating its address.
Buildings occupied by more than one dwelling unit or business
shall display a separate number or letter designation for each separate
entrance or family residence.
All numerals and/or figures shall be a minimum of three inches
in height.
State Street shall be the base for east and west numbers and
Main Street shall be the base for north and south numbers. Odd numbers
shall be on the north and east sides of the streets.
