Employees are permitted to engage in outside employment subject
to the following restrictions:
A.
Any outside employment is secondary to Village employment and shall
not interfere with proper performance of Village employment. Employees
shall report to work refreshed and ready for work.
B.
Employees are prohibited from working for any contractor or company
that has a contract with the Village.
C.
No employees shall accept employment that requires the use of Village
equipment, facilities or materials.
Any doubt as to a possible conflict of interest in regard to
the above-stated restrictions shall be discussed with the Mayor and/or
applicable committee chairman.
