A.Â
Outdoor
Flea markets operating within the City of Cabool are limited to the
number of days that they may offer items for sale. All flea markets
are limited in time from Friday through Sunday each week. In addition,
flea markets may operate on any holidays which do not fall on Friday,
Saturday or Sunday. Vendors may set up early Friday morning or the
early holiday morning and take down and remove their displays by 5:30
P.M. on Sunday or the last day of the holiday
B.Â
No
items for sale or materials to sell the same may be kept on the flea
market property at times when the flea markets are not lawfully opened
according to the terms of this Section.
C.Â
Vendors
selling fresh produce may operate during the week with seasonal fruit
and produce the same hours as are applicable for weekend or holiday
sales.
D.Â
Trailers
must be removed during the week and canopies need to be taken down.
E.Â
The
owners, operators and vendors of each flea market entity must keep
their display and sale areas clean and neat in a manner so as not
to obstruct pedestrian traffic in the flea market.
