No person shall willfully give or cause to be given or make
any false alarm of fire.
No person shall drive any vehicle upon or across any hose or
other apparatus of the Fire Department, or any rope or guard placed
across the street or passageways during any fire, or injure or remove
the same.
No person shall allow rubbish or inflammable refuse of any kind
to accumulate in the basement, attic and in or around any building.
The Fire Chief of the Village of Oakfield, or any person or
persons appointed therefor by the Board of Trustees, may make such
inspections of buildings and premises with the Village of Oakfield
as he/she shall deem necessary or as the Board of Trustees shall order,
and no person shall refuse such inspectors admission to the premises
to be inspected. Except in cases of public emergency or where there
is immediate danger of fire, such inspections shall only be made between
the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. No inspector shall enter any
premises without permission of the owner or occupant thereof without
showing written authority or credentials from the Board of Trustees.
