Early voting at municipal elections for the office of Mayor
and Council Members, or upon proposition submitted to the qualified
voters of the City, shall be and hereby is allowed and shall be conducted
on the date(s) and times set by the Mayor and City Council by resolution,
but no earlier than two (2) weeks before the election, and held at
any location as determined by executive order by the Mayor, unless
otherwise required by state law. Such resolution shall be adopted
by the Mayor and City Council at least sixty (60) days before any
general or special election.
