A. Each public
and semi-public swimming pool in Queen Anne's County shall be equipped
with a first aid kit and an automated external defibrillator approved
by the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services System. The
automated external defibrillator shall be tested and maintained as
per the manufacturer's specifications.
B. Any violation
of this article shall be a civil infraction and subject to the requirements
and procedures set forth in Article 25B, § 13C, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland.
C. A fine
of $500 shall be imposed for the commission of a civil infraction
hereunder. A fine of $1,000 shall be imposed for any repeat offense.

A. Each locked
gated business, residence, community and marina in Queen Anne’s
County shall be equipped with either a keyed entry system approved
by the Queen Anne’s County Fire Marshal or a small safe of a
type and design approved by the Queen Anne’s County Fire Marshal
that holds keys allowing fire departments and emergency services personnel
access to the business, residence, community or marina. Local fire
departments and emergency services personnel shall be provided master
keys to all such safes in their response area.
B. Any violation
of this section shall be a civil infraction subject to a fine of up
to $500. Every day that a violation continues shall be a separate
offense.
