The boundary limits of the Borough of Lemoyne are hereby established as a zone in which motor vehicles may remain standing without lights, and all streets and alleys within such boundary limits are hereby designated as streets where motor vehicles may remain standing without lights.
Wherever a space shall be marked off on any street or alley for the parking of any individual vehicle, every vehicle there parked shall be parked within the lines bounding such space.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any motor vehicle or other vehicle to park such vehicle, or to allow such vehicle to remain parked or standing, in such spaces so marked off for parking pursuant to § 525-17 above, for a period in excess of two hours between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, except New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and such times during which Borough Council suspends parking limits, along either side of the following streets and sections thereof:

It shall be unlawful for any person to park on any street or alley in the Borough of Lemoyne any of the following: trucks or truck trailers with a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating (GMVWR) in excess of 9,500 pounds, motor homes, motorbuses, trailers, and semitrailers, except that any of the aforesaid vehicles may be parked temporarily on streets or alleys in the Borough of Lemoyne while actively engaged in the process of loading or unloading material, so long as said vehicle does not negatively affect the safe and unimpeded flow of vehicular traffic.

No vehicle, other than a bus engaged in loading, unloading or awaiting passengers, shall be parked at anytime at any place upon the Borough streets designated and posted as a bus stop.
Parking shall be prohibited on all streets or portions thereof during snow removal, leaf removal and/or street cleaning operations, provided that such streets or portions thereof, as the case may be, shall have been conspicuously posted by the Borough authorities, at least eight hours in advance of such contemplated work of snow removal, leaf removal or street cleaning, with signs giving notice of such prohibited parking.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Article III shall, upon notice of such violation, pay a fine of $25, provided such fine is paid within 48 hours of the time of the violation, and the fine of $50 if paid thereafter within 120 additional hours; upon failure to voluntarily pay the fine as set forth, then upon conviction before a Magisterial District Judge, said person shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 and cost of prosecution.
