As used in this section, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Includes any paved walkway designed for pedestrian traffic
at the side of a public street, as well as any paved area used for
ingress and egress to and from a municipally-operated structure or
area and any accessory or fixture thereto including, but not limited
to, a railing.
Unless being pulled by another person, it is unlawful for any person to ride on a sled or coaster or other nonmotorized vehicle upon any sidewalk in Lemoyne or upon any roadway therein, excepting that portion thereof which, pursuant to § 525-15 of Article II of this chapter, has been designated as a play highway by the Mayor. This section does not apply to use of bicycles, which is regulated by Chapter 162 of this Code.
It is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years, unless accompanied by a responsible adult, to engage in roller-skating, roller-blading, skateboarding, or use of any other nonmotorized vehicle, upon any street or sidewalk in Lemoyne. This section does not apply to use of bicycles, which is regulated by Chapter 162 of this Code.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 plus costs.
