No person or persons, partnership, firm or corporation shall hold any circus, carnival, public dance or other public entertainment for which an admission charge or fee is charged or collected, or shall operate any public dance hall, at any place within the Borough of Lemoyne, without first having paid the applicable license fee, as follows: for any circus or carnival, $25 a day; for any public dance or dance hall, $25 a day; for any other type of public entertainment, $10 a day; and having obtained a license therefor from the Mayor.
