Disorderly conduct — See Ch. 212.
No person shall, except in necessary defense of person or property,
fire or discharge any gun or other firearm within the Borough of Lemoyne.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter
shall, upon conviction before a Magisterial District Judge, be sentenced
to a fine of not less than $25 and no more than $100 and costs of
prosecution, and in default of such fine and costs to be sentenced
to imprisonment in the county jail for no less than five nor more
than 30 days.
