§ 24-501 Discounts and Penalties.

In accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, 75 P.S. § 5511.10, the Borough of Wrightsville hereby establishes the discount rate for the payment of real estate taxes to be 2% of the amount of such tax. The Borough further establishes a penalty for late payment of said tax of 10% of the tax.
