No person shall make any indecent exposure of his person in
any street, alley, lane, park or other public place, or upon any private
property open to the general public, or upon any private property
where the indecent exposure may be observed by persons outside of
such private property.

No person shall engage in any indecent or illegal conduct or
behavior, in any public building, park, street, alley, lane or other
public place, or on any private property where the same may be heard
or observed by persons outside of such private property.
A person shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor if, with the
purpose of causing public danger, alarm, disorder or nuisance, or
if his conduct is likely to cause public danger, alarm, disorder or
nuisance, such person willfully uses abusive or obscene language or
makes an obscene gesture to any other person when such words, by their
very utterance, inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach
of the peace and invade the right of others to pursue their lawful
activities.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the Village to engage
in gambling, prostitution or any other illegal act.

(a)
Any person who shall accost, solicit or invite another
in any public place, or in or from any building or vehicle, by word,
gesture, or any other means, to commit prostitution or engage in gambling
or any other illegal activity shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person in the Village
to knowingly transport any person to a place where such illegal acts
are committed.
