Township of Shirley, PA Article X Enactment; repealer

§ 142-40 When effective.

This chapter shall be effective five days after the date of adoption and shall remain in force until modified, amended or rescinded by the Township of Shirley, Huntingdon County. Pennsylvania.

§ 142-41 Repealer; renumbering permitted.

This chapter shall act to repeal and replace the existing Floodplain Management Ordinance set forth in Chapter 142 of the Code of Shirley Township. The sections set forth in this chapter may be renumbered upon codification.
