A. 
Tax redemption calculation for party entitled to redeem. The Tax Collector shall provide any party entitled to redeem a tax lien certificate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-54 with two calculations of the amount required to redeem within a calendar year, at no cost. A third request for calculation within a calendar year shall be provided for a fee of $25. Any subsequent request shall be provided for a fee of $50 per request.
B. 
Tax redemption calculation for lienholder. Any request by a lienholder for a tax lien redemption calculation from the Tax Collector shall be provided one calculation within a calendar year at no cost. Any subsequent request shall be provided for a fee of $50 per request. This fee shall not become part of the lien and shall not be passed on to any party entitled to redeem pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-54.
C. 
Tax sale fee. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-38, the officer conducting a tax sale shall collect and pay into the municipal treasury a fee for all costs incurred by the municipality in holding the sale. The amount of fee so paid shall be 2% of the existing lien as stated in N.J.S.A. 54:5-19 and 54:5-2 but not less than $15 and not more than $100 for each parcel in the sale. In the case of an accelerated tax sale, this fee shall be payable and collected beginning on the 11th day of the 11th month of the current fiscal year. In the case of a standard tax sale, the fee shall be payable and collected beginning the 50th calendar day prior to the date of the sale.
D. 
Copies of notice of tax sale. In lieu of any two publications required under N.J.S.A. 54:5-26, the Tax Collector may provide notice to the property owner and to any person or entity entitled to notice of foreclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-104.48, by regular or certified mail, at a cost of $25 for each notice for a particular property. Such costs shall be added to the cost of the sale in addition to the costs provided in § 250-4C above.

License fees for bingo and raffles shall be in accordance with the provisions of N.J.A.C. 13:47-4.10.

The Township shall charge the following fees for an individual's use of the Lexis Nexis Program:
A. 
Fees for discovery requests in DWI cases only:
(1) 
All documents copied on eight-and-one-half-inch by eleven-inch paper are $0.05 per page plus postage. Documents will be provided on a cd for an additional charge of $1.
(2) 
All documents copied on legal-size paper are $0.07 per page.
(3) 
In the event the actual costs to produce paper copies exceed the rates of $0.05 and $0.07, the fee charged will be the actual cost of duplication.
(4) 
Electronic records will be provided at no charge (i.e., via e-mail).
(5) 
For mailed accident reports, the fee for the first three pages is $5. There is a fee of $1 for each additional page.
(6) 
For each video or audio tape reproduction, the fee is $1.
B. 
Fees for Municipal Court discovery requests in cases other than DWI cases:
(1) 
Letter-size pages: $0.05 per page.
(2) 
Legal-size pages: $0.07 per page.

Actual postage is charged for the mailing of any report.
