A. 
State traffic forfeiture laws adopted. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, all provisions of Chapter 340 to 348 of the Wisconsin Statutes, describing and defining regulations with respect to vehicles and traffic, for which the penalty is a forfeiture only, including penalties to be imposed and procedure for prosecution, are hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein. Any act required to be performed or prohibited by any statute incorporated herein by reference is required or prohibited by this chapter. Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of statutes incorporated are intended to be made part of this chapter in order to secure uniform statewide regulation of traffic on the highways, streets and alleys of the State of Wisconsin.
B. 
Other laws adopted. There are also hereby adopted by reference the following sections of the Wisconsin Statutes but the prosecution of such offenses under this chapter shall be as provided in Chapters 340 to 348 of the Wisconsin statutes and the penalty for violation thereof shall be limited to a forfeiture as provided in § 6-45 of this chapter.
(1) 
Section 941.01(1), Negligent operation of vehicle off highway.
(2) 
Section 346.935, Intoxicants in motor vehicles.
Through streets, stop signs, yield right-of-way intersections, parking limitations, parking meter zones, and one-way streets and alleys shall be shown on an official Traffic Map on file in the office of the Village Engineer, which map is adopted as a part of this section. Failure to observe the restrictions shown on such map shall be violation of this chapter. The Village Board may, from time to time, make additions to or deletions from such Traffic Map. The Village Engineer shall cause all such additions to or deletions from such map to be made as adopted by the Village Board.

All provisions of Trans 305 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this section with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
