No person shall take any water from any public hydrant, except
in case of fire, without first having obtained permission from the
maintenance supervisor; and no person shall unlock, uncover, or in
any way damage any public hydrant, nor open any fire hydrant without
the permission of the maintenance supervisor or water Superintendent
nor in any way tamper with or injure any of the gates, hydrants or
reservoirs connected with the fire service or the waterworks.

No person shall, at any time, take any property whatsoever belonging
to the Fire Department, from the engine house, or any other place
where the same may be kept, and no person shall willfully destroy
or in any manner injure any engine, hose cart, ladder or other fire
apparatus or property belonging to the Fire Department.
