No person shall willfully and maliciously destroy or injure
the property of another person.

No person shall write any obscene or indecent words, or make
any obscene or indecent pictures, or post or paste any handbill, advertisement
or notice without permission of the owner, upon any bridge, fence,
building, depot, station house, schoolhouse, church building, or public
building or place.

No person shall tear down, destroy or deface in any manner any handbill, advertisement or notice, whether public or private, not forbidden by § 18-63.
