No person shall use, possess, sell, offer to sell or be under the influence of any dangerous drugs unless such person is licensed by the state or is under the care of a licensed physician or dentist. The term "dangerous drugs" shall mean all drugs whose use is regulated or prohibited by the laws of the state and shall include all controlled substances as defined in Article 7 of Public Act No. 368 of 1978 (MCL 333.7101 et seq.).

A person shall not knowingly make any open or indecent exposure of his person or of the person of another.

(a) 
Definitions. The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this section, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this subsection, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
PUBLIC NUDITY
Knowingly or intentionally displaying in a public place, or for payment or promise of payment by any person, including, but not limited to, payment or promise of payment of an admission fee, any individual's genitals or anus with less than a fully opaque covering, or a female individual's breast with less than a fully opaque covering of the nipple and areola. The term "public nudity" does not include any of the following:
(1) 
A woman's breastfeeding of a baby whether or not the nipple or areola is exposed during or incidental to the feeding.
(2) 
Material as defined in Section 2 of Public Act No. 343 of 1984 (MCL 752.362).
(3) 
Sexually explicit visual material as defined in Section 3 of Public Act No. 33 of 1978 (MCL 722.673).
(b) 
Prohibited. Public nudity is prohibited in the Village.

(a) 
Keeping. It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any premises within the Village to keep, or suffer to be kept on said premises a house of ill fame.
(b) 
Residing in or visiting. It shall be unlawful for any person to reside in a house of ill fame or to visit a house of ill fame for the purpose of prostitution.
(c) 
Owning or permitting use for illegal purposes. No person shall knowingly let, or permit to be occupied after notice, or shall own or be interested in any house, room or other place or premises used for any purpose mentioned in this section.
(d) 
Right of entry by law officers. If the owner or keeper of, or any person within, any disorderly house or house of ill fame within the Village, shall refuse to permit the Chief of Police or any policeman to enter the same it shall be lawful for the Chief of Police or any policeman to enter or cause the same to be entered by force, by breaking the doors, or otherwise, and to arrest with or without a warrant all suspicious persons found therein.
