Pursuant to the Community Development Law, Neb. Rev. Stat. § 18-2101,
et seq., the City shall have the ability to create such community
development agencies, community redevelopment authorities, or limited
community redevelopment authorities by separate ordinance as the City
Council may determine in the exercise of its discretion to be expedient.
A.
The City may exercise all of the power and authority granted to community
redevelopment authorities pursuant to the Community Development Law
in order to do all community development activities unless such power
and authority are otherwise restricted by City ordinance.
