The Board of Supervisors of Nockamixon Township hereby determines, declares and finds as a matter of fact and safety, and upon the recommendation of a traffic engineering study prepared at its request, that the following is established as a one-way street, and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on any one-way street other than in the direction established for traffic on that street:

The Board of Supervisors of Nockamixon Township hereby determines that to effectuate the purpose of this article, the following uniform traffic control devices shall be required: A sign indicating "no left turn"; a sign indicating "no right turn"; a sign indicating "do not enter"; a sign indicating "begin one-way"; and a sign indicating "one-way." Placement of these traffic control devices will be established by the Chief of Police of Nockamixon Township.
