No person shall operate or park a vehicle on any street or highway for the sole purpose of displaying advertising signs.
No parade or procession except a funeral as provided by these rules and orders, except the Armed Forces of the United States, the military forces of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the forces of the Police and Fire Departments, shall occupy, march or proceed along any roadway except in accordance with a permit issued by the Chief of Police or Town Manager and such other regulations as are set forth herein which may apply.
