All stormwater detention facilities other than rooftops, parking
lots and/or underground storage shall be located not less than 75
feet from any building or structure to be occupied unless otherwise
approved by the City Engineer.
A.Â
Detention basin storage volume shall be determined in accordance
with the requirements of the City Engineer and compensate for 100%
of the calculated stormwater volume generated.
B.Â
Detention basins with permanent ponds shall be designed in accordance
with specifications approved by the City Engineer.
