A. 
Planned Unit Development District. Pursuant to the provisions of Article IX and XV of Ordinance 79 of the City of Bridgman, Article II, Section 2.02, Zoning Map, is hereby amended to designate the following descripted area as a Planned Unit Development District, to wit:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 6 South, Range 20 West, City of Bridgman, Berrien County, Michigan, described as follows: That part of the West 20 acres of the East 83 acres lying South of Highway, and the West 8 acres of the East 63 acres, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 24, thence West along the North line of said Section 24, 1369.50 feet to the Northwest corner of the West 20 acres of the East 83 acres; thence South 0° 15' 46" East, parallel with the East line of said Section 24, 441.96 feet to the center line of Lake Street; said point being the point of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; thence North 61° 30' 25" East, along center line of said street, 290.91 feet; thence North 76° 14' 49" East, along center line of said street, 75.78 feet to the East line of the West 20 acres of the East 83 acres; thence South 0° 15' 46" East, parallel with the East line of said Section 24, 122.94 feet, said point being South 89° 51' 56" West, 1039.50 feet West of the East Quarter corner of said Section 24; thence South 62° 35' 04" West 22.75 feet; thence South 00° 22' 24" East 49.91 feet; thence South 09° 32' 26" East 124.99 feet, to the East line of the West 20 acres of the East 83 acres; thence South 87° 40' 48" East 59.07 feet; thence South 75° 28' 58" East 75.49 feet, to the East line of the West 8 acres of the East 63 acres of said Section; thence South 00° 15' 46" East, along said East line 252.81 feet; thence South 44° 48' 05" West 190.70 feet; thence South 89° 51' 56" West, parallel with the East and West Quarter line of said Section 327.00 feet, to the West line of the West 20 acres of the East 83 acres of the North-east Quarter of said Section; thence North 00° 15' 46" West, along said West line and parallel with the East line of said Section 560.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The Northerly 33 feet thereof being a right-of-way for highway purposes.
Containing 5.85 acres, more or less.
B. 
Final development plan. The final development plan is hereby accepted as attached hereto and made a part of this section, a copy being filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bridgman pursuant to Article IX, 9.02(h) of Ordinance 79.
C. 
The Clerk of the City of Bridgman is hereby directed to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Bridgman to reflect the change of Article XI, as adopted.
D. 
This section shall become effective after publication in accordance with the Charter of the City of Bridgman.

That part of the Northeast Quarter of section 24, Township 6 South, Range 20 West, City of Bridgman, Berrien County, Michigan, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 24; thence West along the North line of said Section 24, 1369.50 feet to the Northwest corner of the West 20 acres of the East 83 acres; thence South 00 15' 46" East, parallel with the East line of said Section 24, 1001.96 feet; said point being the point of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; thence North 89 51' 56" East, parallel with the East and West Quarter line of said 327.00 feet; thence North 44 48' 05" East 190.70 feet to the East line of the West 8 acres of the East 63 acres of said section: thence South 00 15' 46" East, along said East line 23.12 feet; thence East 165.00 feet to a point which lies 742.5 feet West and 889 feet South 00 15' 46 East of the Northeast corner of said Section and on the East line of the West 10 acres of the East 55 acres of the Northeast Quarter of said Section; thence South 00 15' 46" East, along said East line and parallel to the East line of said Section 1748.3 feet, more or less, to the East-West Quarter line of said Section; thence South 89 51' 56" West along the Quarter line 647.00 feet to the West line of the West 20 acres of the East 83 acres of the Northeast Quarter of said Section; thence North 00 15' 46" West along said West line and parallel with the East line of said Section 1636.84 feet to the point of beginning.

Containing 22.8 acres, more or less.
B. 
Final development plan. The final amended development plan as submitted by Merritt Engineering, Inc. pursuant to letters dated May 18, 1989, and supplemented and amended January 11, 1990, and site plan revised January 24, 1990, Project No. 8664, is hereby accepted as attached hereto and made a part of this section, a copy being filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bridgman pursuant to Article IX, 9.02(h) of Ordinance 79.
C. 
The Clerk of the City of Bridgman is hereby directed to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Bridgman to reflect the change of Article XI, as adopted.
D. 
This section shall become effective after publication in accordance with the Charter of the City of Bridgman.
